Dr.Romatic 3 continue acquiring the confidence of his viewers by the amazingly engaging story line. In the previous episode as we saw Kang Dong Joo (Yoo Yeon Seok) appointment as the head of the trauma center initially caused confusion and frustration among the staff due to his unfamiliar policies and rules. The employees, who were accustomed to working passionately and without any specific conditions to save patients, its difficult for them to adjust to Kang Dong Joo approach.

However, as time went on, it became apparent that Kang Dong Joo policies were effective and beneficial for the trauma center. The staff started witnessing positive outcomes and improved patient care under his leadership.His decisions proved to be well-thought-out and based on his extensive knowledge and expertise. At the same time Dr. Yang Hoo Joon (Ko Sang Ho ) manipulating the appointment of dr kang as trauma centre head leading the story tp some conflict between the Dr. Boo Yong Joo (kim Sa Bu) passionate satff. On the other side audiences heartthrob Nurse Park Eun Tak tak (Kim Min Jae) also facing problems in his love life. Viewers are curipus about hpw he will handle hia situation.

Story preview

As the 14 episode of the drama proceed Kang Dong Joo seems to be un-fair tp the staff as he ordered to strictly follow the rules which he jas already discussed with the Professor Dr. Kim, asked the trauma team to take only  highly  critical cases and send the less kajor case tp the Doldam Hospital ER. Cha Eun-jae (Lee Sung Kyung) pn the call fron Dr. Ung head to the Doldam ER to perform surgery as doctor Kim was already occupied by a patient. In tIe meantime a highly critical accident  case patient transferred to the trauma centre but unavailability of the Dr. Cha Eunjae make situation worse.  Dr kang Dang jo seems to be in anger and transfer the child patient to the Doldam ER and start surgery for the second patient.  Dr. Seo Woo jin (Ahn Hyo Seop) assist Kang Dong joo amd this is where he start  getting inspired by the surgical skills of Kang dong Joo comparing both Dr. Kim and Kang Dong Joo  he seems a bit satisfied by his skill. Although after all his hard work Dr. Kang Domg Joo was unable to save the patient.  Sep Woo-jin try tp defend Cha Eun-jae but he get into deep thougjt after listening to Dr.Kang words  that a person going on wrong  path always get lost and never meet a destiny.
